Project Name: Enterprise VR Safety, Physics & Spatial Interaction Suite (5 VR prototypes)

Technologies: Unity Engine, Unreal Engine, RESTful Async networking

Type: Solo Project

Art assets: Art assets sourced from freely available or appropriately licensed third-party resources

Description:

This project is a collection of multiple prototype VR simulations.

  • Electrical Fault Diagnostics in a dark environment training/simulation

In this interactive VR scenario the user is in a room with multiple electrical panels, and there is a power outage. The idea is to locate the compromised breaker/fuse panel and install a replacement fuse to fix it. When the scenario begins, the room turns dark, so the user needs to use a flashlight to light the room while moving around at the same time.

  • Multi-class Fire Hazard & Fire Extinguisher training/simulation

This interactive VR scenario is designed to teach how to use fire extinguishers in a low-poly environment. Trainees need to identify the type of the fire and select the corresponding extinguisher type to extinguish the fire using proper physical sweep mechanics using tracked VR controllers.

  • AI Driven Conflict Resolution/de-escalation training simulator
(Roleplay as a train ticket inspector)

Traditional communication-based VR training simulations rely on rigid, pre-scripted dialogue trees that fail to capture the unpredictability of real human interactions. This R&D prototype integrates live LLM API calls directly into a Unity VR environment to create an unscripted conflict-resolution and de-escalation training simulator.

How It Works:
• Scenario Architecture: Placed in a virtual transit station as a ticket inspector, the trainee must resolve a live dispute with a commuter traveling without a valid ticket.

• Real-Time LLM Agent Pipeline: Built asynchronous C# API handlers connecting Unity VR input/output interfaces to OpenAI's ChatGPT API with custom system-prompt guardrails defining the NPC's persona, emotional state, and compliance thresholds.

• Dynamic De-Escalation Mechanics: Rather than choosing from multiple-choice buttons, the user communicates via natural language, and the virtual commuter responds in real time - allowing trainees to practice empathy, policy enforcement, and conflict resolution in a safe virtual space.

  • Warehouse machinary simulator (trainer to use a electromagnetic crane)

Built a physics-based industrial operator trainer simulating an overhead gantry electromagnet. Trainees operate multi-axis control consoles (vertical hoist, lateral trolley, and magnetic coil activation) to pick, and transport weighted cargo payloads across a warehouse floor to meet target weight quotas.

  • Automotive Battery Jump-Start trainer

This is a step-by-step maintenance simulation teaching safe automotive battery jump-starting. Trainees follow spatial UI prompts to connect positive and negative donor/receiver jumper cables in the exact safety sequence required to prevent electrical shorting.
